The hotel is conveniently located close to the underground in a nice area, and it's just a stone's throw away from the Westfield shopping center in Shepherds Bush. The rooms offer a nice view, but one of the towels was dirty, and the cleaning service fell short, only changing the sheets.

The hotel offers rooms with a nice view but unfortunately lacked proper cleaning, only changing the sheets. The plastic tray with plastic plates and cutlery wasn't the best. The hotel has a great location close to Westfield shopping center, tube stations, and the train station, although the noise in the garden after 10 pm might disturb light sleepers.
